Yuki Foo
Yuki Foo obtained her Bachelor of Law (Hons) degree from University of Multimedia in 2014. She commenced her pupillage at Messrs Wong Lu Peen & Tunku Alina under Andrew Teh and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in 2015.
Subsequently she joined Messrs Tay & Helen Wong after her pupillage and assisted civil litigation division lead by Tay Hong Huat in handling various civil disputes claims before she joined Messrs Foo Woon & Co as a partner in 2023.
Her previous working experiences with highly skilled professionals and excellent profiles in litigation from both legal firms have given her the opportunity to develop substantial experiences handling variety of civil cases, ranging from debt recovery, civil litigation & disputes solution (personal injury, contract and or tenancy disputes and etc), insurance, banking & insolvency matters, succession and estate planning such as will, probate and administration, contentious & non-contentious divorce and family disputes, employment matters, and more that allows her to develop effective strategies for resolution in order to advance clients' interests whether representing in court or out-of-court settlements.

Advises and acts for/against parties for matters pertaining to insurance claims.

Advises and acts for/against parties for matters pertaining to property transactions such as hire-purchase, tenancy for shopping mall, individual and etc.

Conducts and attends to court matters for case management, hearing, trial, interlocutory application (summary judgment, striking-out, amendments and others), bankruptcy petitions, company winding-up proceedings, foreclosure proceedings, mitigation in traffic court, industrial disputes, contractual disputes, defamation suits, personal injury, dissolution of marriage and etc.

Advises clients for land acquisition, strata title management, joint management bodies, tribunal for homebuyer claims.
- Advises, conducts and acts for clients and/or major banks in relation to debt recovery procedures, enforcement proceedings such as garnishee proceedings, writ of seizure and sale.
